How do I report a dodgy/inappropriate banner?

Advertising is an important part of our business, it not only ensures we can continue to invest in the services we provide but also keeps our upgrade price plans as low as possible. We are one of the only gay dating sites that attracts campaigns from a wide range of advertisers from products you might see on supermarket shelves to financial products and services.

At anytime and across the entire global Gaydar sites we run up to 100 campaigns some of which are delivered by 'ad networks'. We have a team who approve (and decline) campaigns that we determine are not suitable for you or our members. We also test the adverts for technical issues – but sometimes we don't always get it right  and we really do appreciate you bringing adverts to our attention that you feel need a second look.

To help us track down inappropriate offers or technical issues, it is hugely useful if you can let us know…

1. The specific brand or advertiser
2. The country in which you reside and saw the banner
3. The area of the site (Menu, Profile Page, Chat etc.) where the ad appeared.

Providing this information will help us to track down and review the advert so we can take any appropriate action. Speed is important because if the issue was important enough for you to take the time to let us know, it might be causing concern for other members.
