What if my password is not accepted when signing in to the Android app?

Please note when you sign in to the app:

- Your profile name needs to be entered with lower case characters only

It may be the case that your keyboard is adding an extra space to the end of your profile name.
Sometimes, if you type in a non-standard word (such as your profile name) enough times, the dictionary of the keyboard remembers the word you have typed.
When you tap on the word to auto-complete it, the keyboard will automatically place a space at the end of the username.
Please check that there is no space at the end of your username when you are attempting to login.

- Your password is case sensitive, so please make sure you enter any lower case characters and capitals in your password correctly
